Data for a given day is available at approximately 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the following day.

If you use the IM Security service and selected the option to send IM messages and file transfers directly to Message Archiving, the report does not include data for IM.

The domains defined for the organization that you selected. If you selected the include sub-orgs check box for the report, the report includes any domains defined for the sub-organization.

The total number of email messages that were archived for the domain, as follows:
If you use journal archiving: This number includes all inbound, outbound, and intradomain messages that your mail server journaled and sent to Message Archiving for storage.
If you use inbound/outbound archiving: This number includes only the inbound messages that users in the selected organization received. It does not include outbound messages that users sent or quarantined messages that users either viewed in Message Center or delivered to their inboxes. If an incoming message was sent to multiple users in the selected organization, this number includes all copies of the message; however, only one copy was stored in the archive.
