If you are a Message Archiving administrator with the View Reports and Archive Search privileges, you can also run the following reports from the Administration Console:

Inbound Archiving by Domain report: Shows the domains to which archived messages were sent, journaled messages archived for registered and unregistered users, improperly formatted journaled messages, and the total number and size of messages.

Inbound Archiving by Account report: Shows the total number of email messages that Message Archiving stored for each user in an organization.

Message Archiving updates data for these reports once a day. Data for a given calendar day is available for reports at approximately 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the following day (for example, data for January 1 is available at 12:00 PM January 2).
After you create an inbound-archiving report, you can view it in a browser window. You can also download a report to a CSV (comma-separated values) file, which you can open in a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.
