About Creating Archive Audit Reports
You can create an archiving-audit report to observe user activity in the archive, including the searches they performed and any messages they accessed.
Audit reports are useful to demonstrate the confidentiality of archived messages, and to monitor archive activities to ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
Note: To create an audit report, your user account must include the Archive Audit privilege.
When you create an audit report, you can select any of the following criteria on the Create Audit Report panel:
Displays the complete search query that Message Archiving used to retrieve messages from the archive, based on the search criteria that a user entered
If the report lists archived messages that users accessed, you can display:
