Reset a User
If a user’s settings have been customized in a way you now want to change, you can undo these changes by resetting the user. This applies all settings from the Default User assigned to the user’s organization. See Manage Default User Templates.
You might want to reset a user if:

User Access permissions were changed for this user and can no longer be controlled from the org-level User Access. Resetting the user returns control of these settings to the org-level.

WARNING: Resetting a user clears all their personal settings, including sender lists and user aliases.
