If you incorrectly type your password: There is a five-second delay before the email security service will accept another login attempt.
Remember my Address and Password To avoid having to log the next time you visit the Administration Console or Message Center, check this option. Then, when you're done using the service, don't click the Log Out link. Just close the browser window. Upon your return, you'll skip the login screen.
Can't
remember your password?Just enter any password, and a Forgot your Password? link appears. Click the link and follow the instructions that appear for retrieving a new password.
How do I change my password?Log in and go to Message Center. Then click the Settings link.
Why do I need cookies enabled? When you log in, the email security service places cookies on your computer, to remember information about your session as you move from page to page. These cookies are harmless and expire within 40 minutes (or when you click the Log Out link).
When you check Remember my Address and Password, the service uses a persistent cookie to remember your login address and password after you exit. As long as you don't click Log Out (but instead just close the browser window), this cookie remains in effect—visiting the email security service later skips the login screen. When you do click Log Out, the cookie expires, and you'll have to log in next time you visit the service.
If you have disabled cookies in your browser, you must therefore re-enable them to use the Administration Console or Message Center.
