The Postini Support Portal is available to directly supported Postini customers (for orders over $1000 USD or equivalent). Customers not entitled to direct support from Postini can find support information in our Help Center and Help Forum. If you purchased your Postini services from a reseller, please contact them to find out about the support options available to you.

Postini Account Name: This is the name of your company.
Your Name: This is the name of the individual for whom the Postini Portal account will be created or the password will be reset.
Postini Support Portal User Email Address: This is also the Postini Portal User's Log In account name for the account being created or for the password to be reset.
