POSTINI CONTINUES INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION WITH THE OPENING OF SALES OFFICES IN JAPAN AND GERMANY
New Business Development and Sales Executives Join Postini; Resellers in Australia, Germany and The Netherlands on Board
SAN CARLOS, CA, May 23, 2006 – Postini, the global leader in Integrated Message Management, today announced the next steps in its international expansion with the opening of new sales offices in Tokyo, Japan and Frankfurt, Germany, the hiring of new business development and sales executives to head up its global efforts, and the signing of new resellers in Australia, Germany and The Netherlands. Venu Sathiraju, former director of business development at Netscape, will head up the new Tokyo office as regional director for Asia Pacific. Sathiraju will define and drive business partner strategies, sales channel development and technology alliances for the company throughout Asia. Jesper Frederiksen, former UK regional director at Symantec, will expand Postini's sales organization in the UK and throughout EMEA.
