These Postini Trademark Usage Requirements ("Usage Requirements") set forth Postini's rules for using or referring to Postini's brands, trademarks, services names, and logos. They apply to all Postini resellers, customers, advertising agencies, consultants, professional writers and editors, licensees and other third parties making reference to Postini trademarks. Use of any Postini trademark by any third party is prohibited without Postini’s prior written review and written approval as the form, content and context of any intended use. Postini reserves the right to modify these Usage Requirements as it deems necessary or appropriate.
Rules of Postini Trademarks Usage
Postini, the Postini logo, Postini Perimeter Manager, Postini Threat Identification Network (PTIN), Postini Industry Heuristics, and PREEMPT are trademarks, registered trademarks, or service marks of Postini, Inc.
- Use the appropriate trademark symbol and acknowledgement of Postini's ownership of the marks (e.g., Postini® is a registered trademark of Postini, Inc.)
- Use the ® the first time the word Postini is in a headline and/or in the body of the document. (i.e., Postini® is the global leader in communications security and compliance solutions).
- Do not incorporate Postini trademarks or logos into your own product name, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names
- If there is any question about usage, requests for clarification or permission may be submitted to marcom@postini.com.
