When messages are processed by the message security service, custom header tag information is placed in email headers of the messages. This header information can be useful for either determining email disposition or for handling support issues.
The service minimizes processing time by only scanning for categories that the user has enabled. For example, if a user turns off the commercial category, the commercial score is not completed or displayed. If you do not have access to Industry Heuristics (an optional feature), the Industry Heuristics score will not be calculated or displayed.
